I was talking to soniya the other day and suddenly we had this spontaneous fun session of interview and she came up with most amazing answers for questions i put in front of her.. here are glimpses of our conversation..
Tell us more about what is art of living
Each and every moment in my life where I am happy and all those moments when I am sad , both these moments are my own responsibility, living with this attitude, awareness is according to me art of living,
Why do you think a youngster needs to be spiritual or what is the need of spirituality in one’s life?
Because the youngest person in the world if is not spiritual are considered old, so if the people who are called youngsters and lacks spirituality in their life are just youngsters by a tag but not as real, spirituality is the only path where you can overcome all the complexity of life at most ease. The world runs on that sprit, the whole world is made of one energy , to live life with this awareness that is spirituality and each youngster should live this life based on this point of view.
Tell us more about KYC?
It is very obvious that kids are not able to understand our world and its interactions,we have to understand and accept that its also difficult for us to understand their world , and that is also obvious and we are into dilemma that we understand their world, we will need to come out of it , and we take it for granted that we understand them. But there are a lot of interactions kids do which are beyond our understanding and more creative then we can imagine, This workshop is to explore all these secrets . Which narrows the emotional and mental gaps between kids and parents, which is most essential.
Why would you recommend it to parents?
If you see closely parents who take care of utter most social and economical responsibilities, sometimes misses out on taking care of minor but important things for their children which leaves impression on their children and becomes part of their children . For example. Giving not just your time but quality time to your children matters most to them. Because in each and every moment of life, education is so much important, the education is not limited to graduation or post-graduation, but at each and every moment of life we are learning something. Due to generation gap between parents and kids , either parents or children suffers, it is not good for social development. As we send children to schools and classes to get education , its also essential for parents to get educated to understand their children, For that this workshop provides an opportunity.
Do you have any message for today’s youth who has lost their motive of living life?
when something is lost it means at some point it was there before with us. But when you talk about aspect and behavior which is immaterial which never was lost, it was just hidden under a bunch of layers of time and situations. This happens with everyone not only with youngsters. So my message is the motive never lost. all you need to do is clean up the layers and you will see the very natural yourself lying there , so uplift it.
Do you have any message for new age parents?
In our Indian culture people are intend to make their tasks according to their age span. So for example if a parent crosses age of 55 he has that approach that all their children should be married because they want to feel mental freedom from social responsibilities arises around them. When they are doing this the couple who are getting married are matured physically to get married but are not looked up or checked that are they matured enough mentally to take responsibility of their own ? their new partner in their life
and the whole family they will generate later on? So if lack is there in this
age span of this young couple the later generations generated through them will
carry forward this lack and they may live suffocated life. so parents who are taking care of all requirements of their children at each age span , here they have to change the approach ,the same strategy does not apply here at this point of life . Because getting married and starting new life is all about being mentally matured and compatible for each other not just keeping basic necessities as a human in mind. And to adopt this reality , if
your children are missing out on it , parents should make them understand it and if parents are missing out on this its responsibility of children to make
them understand.
